Insurance

We accept most popular insurance programs and our staff can often work out options that allow you to properly take care of eye health for you and your family.

Vision Insurance Accepted at Naper Grove Vision Care:

  • VSP (Vision Service Plan)
  • EyeMed (EyeMed Advantage is not accepted)

Most medical insurance PPO plans accepted:

  • Medicare
  • BlueCross BlueShield
  • Aetna
  • United Healthcare
  • Cigna
  • Humana

If your insurance is not a plan we accept, we would be happy to take full payment at the time of your service and give you an out of network form for you to submit for reimbursement yourself. We cannot bill or accept Medicaid.

HSA/FSA Spending

We accept HSA/FSA spending cards at both locations, and will be happy to give you a detailed, itemized receipt to show diagnosis and treatment codes for billing purposes.

*Receive a 20% discount on services paid in full the same day and complete glasses (frame and lenses) when insurance is not billed. Contact lenses and other products are excluded.
