If your insurance is not a plan we accept, we would be happy to take full payment at the time of your service and and give you an out of network form for you to submit for reimbursement yourself. We cannot bill or accept Medicaid.
We offer a 20% discount for prompt pay, no insurance, same-day services. We also offer a 20% discount on a complete pair of glasses (lenses and frame). This discount is only given if we are NOT billing your insurance company. This does not include products like contacts.
We will gladly price match contacts and glasses. We will match any brick and mortar retailer's price for the EXACT SAME products. Condition: Not valid as part of an insurance transaction. Rebates not included. Not valid on past transactions.
