Dr. Giancola grew up in Downers Grove. She attended Downers Grove
North High School, Illinois Benedictine College, and graduated from the
Illinois College of Optometry in 1990. While in Optometry school, she
served for three years as the Head Resident Assistant in the dorms,
Trust to the American Optometry Student Association, Treasurer in the
Gold Key Honor Society and was inducted into Who's Who Among
Students in American Colleges and Universities.
Dr. Giancola participated in a four-month clinical rotation through the
Great Lakes Naval Base and a pediatric rotation at the Easter Seals
Foundation while attending school. Dr. Giancola is a member of the
Illinois and American Optometry Associations and provides all optometric
services specializing in infant/pediatric vision care and vision therapy.
Dr. Giancola and her two children live in Naperville. Laura enjoys
spending time with her family and traveling.
Dr. Giancola maintains office hours in Naperville and Downers Grove.
